They are brushes from Photoshop 7+ and/or PSE CS2. :] You just find a set of brushes that you want on dA, and click the download button on the side. Then, it gets a little more difficult.
1] If it is just a brush file, you can just move it from Temps. into your Desktop files and then upload it to PSE.
2] If it's a zipped file, then you right click it and press "extract all" and then follow the steps of number 1.
To use your brushes, just open PSE, click your brushes, and press deh lil arrow off to the ... right [facing your screen] on the brush panel, and click "Load Brushes". Then, click the file for the brush you just downloaded and VIOLA! It's there! XDD
(thnx about the Brushes stuff) and athena, its great but the horse looks cut, like its noticable. All i ask is that you smudge the edges and lengthen the tail, not round it. hehe XD other than the horse edges its fine
